Do you ship?

Our workshop is located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

We ship to the entire Mexican Republic for free by parcel.

And we also have international shipments.

What shipping methods do you use?

For those destinations located in busier areas, we partner with DHL to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Instead, for those slightly less crowded locations, we have FEDEX as our preferred shipping partner. FEDEX has extensive experience in delivering to rural and remote areas.

If the delivery address is extremely remote, we send through ESTAFETA , it is the parcel that has the best alliances with local parcels.

For international shipments we use DHL / FEDEX and UPS depending on the country of destination

How much does shipping cost?

Once your purchase is made, your order will be shipped the next business day.

National Shipments:

  • 4 to 7 business days. (FREE)
  • Ecommerce shipping 3 to 4 business days. ($100)
  • Express Shipping - Next Day - 1 to 2 business days. ($150)

International deliveries:

  • USA / CANADA - 3 to 4 business days. ($599)
  • Other countries - contact us to quote and activate your shipment.

When will I receive my watch?

Each piece we create is unique and special, each piece has a different engraving.

Once your order has been successfully processed, our workshop will process it the next business day . That is when it is recorded, packed and collected.

Once collected by parcel you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number . The estimated delivery period varies depending on the type of shipping you chose. Packages are not transported on weekends or local holidays.

You should take into account that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of Agavus and the external courier service.

Among these factors are, among others, traffic, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, failures of local parcel personnel, delays in final shipping routes, customs, etc.

How can I track my order?

At the end of your purchase you will receive a purchase confirmation email.
